"Service was slow despite not being massively busy. Missed drinks, missed critical parts of meals including sauce for pasta and cutlery. Food was subpar for what it's advertised as. Understand it's meant to be a fine dining experience but considering it's advertised to children, the food isn't what children would typically want to eat not a versatile menu. Considering the price, the experience isn't worth it at all and you might as well wait outside for the princesses."

A complete con!!! Paid almost €100 each but they don’t guarantee you will meet any princesses!! We have enjoyed character breakfasts on previous trips and found them a great way to meet characters. As we were now visiting with our 4 year old princess mad daughter we thought this would be an expensive, but stress free way of meeting some princesses without having to queue for hours. We were very, very wrong. The meal was €95 each for adults and I think €50 ish for children not cheap!!! We were seated in a corner of the restaurant (we were told where to sit and had no choice). For the whole meal we met just one princess!!!! The two mice came over too but it was the princesses our daughter want...

This is not a cheap exercise but could be a must do if you have family including a 4 year old Granddaughter dressed in a swish Snow White costume. Having booked in advance we were pretty horrified at the shambolic reception area. After a 15 minute wait we were told out table was ready. The 6 of us were taken to a table for 4................. Hardly a good start. I walked back towards reception to be assured it was a mistake and all would be well, at E95/head I expected far better. We were handed over to another member of staff and taken to another part of the restaurant, much nicer with a palace style interior. With a large round table the whole ambiance changed and the waiting staff were at...

With young girls desperate to have an in-person princess experience we had to do this as they thoroughly enjoyed meeting the princesses. They did not eat the food, which was not a suitable menu for children, even though they ate off the children’s menu! It is unnecessarily expensive. No need to attempt fine dining for what is a kids’ experience dinner. I say ‘attempt’ because the food was awful, but it costs €95 per adult and €50 per child. Yes, you are reading this correctly. We have eaten in many fine and mid range restaurants across the world. This was neither. The food was a poor attempt to be posh but was just bland and unimaginative. The staff tried their best but they are not fit for...

My daughter absolutely loved having breakfast with the princesses. She saw Rapunzel, Cinderella, and Snow White, all of whom she loves, so she was happy. Rapunzel did such a great job interacting with my daughter and really started her morning off right. We did do the early morning seating. The servers did not come back around to check in on waters or drinks after initially filling them. The food was good and there was extra bread on the table. They had a kids breakfast and a Vegan option that was good. I would recommend this, since this was really the only time we got to see the princesses besides the parade.
