If zero were possible this would be done, a hotel left abandoned and poorly maintained with absolutely nothing around to restore you. Nothing, an establishment in which or when you are there it means that you have no choice and above all that you do not know where it is. A hotel that is more of a kind of unmaintained AirBnB, room smelling of humidity, bedding that leaves much to be desired by observing the stains and the smell. In addition, we were surprised to see that there was a Nespresso (a little bonus for us) and we saw that there was a cup (for 2) but that had already been used. À fuir!!!! Jamais vu auparavant ! Ces personnes devraient changer de métier, nous avons été forcés de payer pour des repas pour des personnes absentes. Le minimum aurait été de nous prévenir en arrivant plutôt que de nous prendre en otage lors du paiement, et lorsque nous avons demandé les plats à emporter facturés, tout avait étrangement été jeté à la poubelle !!!! L'inspection du travail devrait jeter un œil à la situation en voyant un enfant de 12 ans travailler jusqu'à 23 heures. Et également une vérification anti-fraude. Nous n'avons pas pu obtenir de note... la tablette est cassée !!! Pas de caisse enregistreuse ! Un simple bout de papier griffonné par le patron. Nous étions installés...
L'opinion ici est au niveau de la restauration. Le repas était très bon, avec une bonne cuisson des viandes, etc. Tout se passait bien jusqu'à ce que l'addition arrive, où les propriétaires n'ont pas compté le bon nombre de personnes lors du paiement et nous ont accusés de ne pas avoir payé notre part. Résultat : la propriétaire s'est mise à crier hystériquement sur les clients (devant sa fille) et son partenaire a également pris part à cette scène. Nous avons payé plus de 60€ en plus de ce que nous étions censés régler initialement. Nous avons été maltraités, ce qui est absolument incroyable de la part d'un professionnel de la restauration. La soirée avait pourtant bien commencé. À fuir.
Meals reserved for 36 people at the base, cancellations not taken into account by the managers (even those notified in advance) which results in overcharging to those present. Meal and plate correct however heating in the room very insufficient, we were cold all evening... At the time of the bill the managers shout at the customers because they charged us for people not present. I've never seen this. Empty restaurant on a Saturday evening and I now understand why. A word of advice: don’t go and eat there PS: surprising to see a waitress of around 12 years old until 10:30 p.m.

The problem does not come from the quality of the meal but from the bad faith of those in charge who do not know how to count. We booked as a group for 40 and the restaurant owners did not take cancellations into account and paid for 6 adult meals in addition. Discussion impossible and account impossible to verify because there is no note. There are surely plenty of good restaurants around Livron to leave the Unicorn aside... They will never see me again.
It was around midnight and we needed a pet friendly hotel, which for us this was ideal. On Booking it was also specified that this hotel had 24 hour reception. Once we arrived we tried to ring again and again, but no one ever opened the door. Dead tired after hours of travel we had to start looking for another hotel, praying not to find one so unprofessional and we were lucky on the second try.
If I could have put a 0 I would have done it without hesitation!!!!!!!!! RUNRRRRRRRRRR!!!!! Do not book your room in this completely mediocre establishment!!!!!! And it is surely not the owner of this establishment who deserves a star Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
Very clean, easy 24:24 7/7 simple and efficient. Just room doors where you can hear if others are talking in the hallway. Otherwise great quality price and clean functional Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5
