"It was around midnight and we needed a pet friendly hotel, which for us this was ideal. On Booking it was also specified that this hotel had 24 hour reception. Once we arrived we tried to ring again and again, but no one ever opened the door. Dead tired after hours of travel we had to start looking for another hotel, praying not to find one so unprofessional and we were lucky on the second try."

If zero were possible this would be done, a hotel left abandoned and poorly maintained with absolutely nothing around to restore you. Nothing, an establishment in which or when you are there it means that you have no choice and above all that you do not know where it is. A hotel that is more of a kind of unmaintained AirBnB, room smelling of humidity, bedding that leaves much to be desired by observing the stains and the smell. In addition, we were surprised to see that there was a Nespresso (a little bonus for us) and we saw that there was a cup (for 2) but that had already been used. Concerning small hungers, if you have a craving a carousel is located in front of the hotel with dishes inside, but however no date of preparation, we do not know at all if they were prepared the day before where there is 6 months. You understand that I do not recommend this place which is abandoned, plan another hotel.

Pour fuir !!!! Jamais vu avant ! Ces gens devraient changer d'emploi, nous avons été obligés de payer pour des repas pour des personnes absentes. Le moins que nous aurions pu faire était d'avertir quand nous sommes arrivés plus tôt que de nous prendre en otage lors de la caisse, et quand nous avons demandé les repas de levrette facturés étrangement tout avait été jeté dans la poubelle!!!! L'inspecteur du travail devrait regarder autour quand nous voyons un enfant de 12 ans qui travaille jusqu'à 11h30. Et aussi l'inspection de fraude. Nous n'avons pas pu obtenir une note... la tablette est cassée!!! . Pas de caisse ! Un simple morceau de papier griffé par le patron.. Nous avons été installés sur une terrasse couverte où nous avions froid toute la soirée. Nous cuisinons souvent des repas pour plus de 30 personnes et cela ne nous est jamais arrivé. Scandal

The opinion here is at the restoration level. The meal was very good, with good cooking of meats etc. Everything was going well until the collection arrived where the owners did not take the right number of people when paying and accused us of not having paid our share. Results, the owner screams hysterically at the customers (in front of her daughter) and her partner also participates. We paid over 60€ on top of what we were originally supposed to pay. We were treated poorly, which is absolutely unbelievable coming from a catering professional. The evening had started well though. To flee.

Meals reserved for 36 people at the base, cancellations not taken into account by the managers (even those notified in advance) which results in overcharging to those present. Meal and plate correct however heating in the room very insufficient, we were cold all evening... At the time of the bill the managers shout at the customers because they charged us for people not present. I've never seen this. Empty restaurant on a Saturday evening and I now understand why. A word of advice: don’t go and eat there PS: surprising to see a waitress of around 12 years old until 10:30 p.m.
