Superb taste experience! We were dazzled by the flavors of the dishes. The appetizers are little gems of flavors. Each dish presents several tastes, all in harmony. The desserts also demonstrate originality. The taste buds are not “josted” as is often said, I would say that they are surprised and happily surprised. Local products are very present and that’s very good. The flowers are also present and really add flavor, it’s not just “decoration”. Besides, each plate is very, very beautiful. Compliments also to the sommelier who knows how to accompany the meal in quality but also in judiciously chosen quantities for a matching price. This is very important at a time when we can no longer and no longer want to drink large quantities. Ask for the food and wine pairing, you will be satisfied in every way.
