Horrible work experience at the hostel. The worst of my entire life. First day not paid, bad counting of hours as the boss wants, 2 months later and she still owes me +500 Chf. She sells dreams and ultimately nothing happens as planned, abusive hours, promised food, accommodation and nothing at all. Poor quality food disguised with spices, precooked bag fries. I don't recommend it at all, even for eating or working. Old people who run the inn with employers who work 12-14 hours+/day, so exploit... Very unfortunate for the lovely place.
Superb discovery while having dinner at the inn this evening, during a stay near Charmey. Very warm welcome from Nanou and her husband, excellent homemade cuisine and simply exceptional surroundings! Thank you to our hosts for this great evening! Too bad the adventure ends at the end of October 2024. If you're in the area between now and then, we highly recommend giving it a try, it's definitely worth the detour! Service: Dine in
Un endroit exceptionnel où chaque plat est un délice, préparé avec des produits frais et locaux d’excellente qualité. Le personnel et les gérants sont extrêmement sympathiques, chaleureux et accueillants. It was the worst hostel I visited. We waited more than 2 hours And he didn't even offer a drink while we stayed. We asked for a menu card. They said they are going to address the map.
