our first time in the auberge, but do not definitiw the last. the food was excellent. we had a box of mushrooms (I took the possibility of a brand bone on me) and then the selle de chevreuil. frankly, poisoning was the best we have. Everyone ate somewhere. they could have cut it with a fork and it was perfectly seldom and tasty cooked. the only thing that made the dish give up was the sweet. instead of the traditional red cabbage, which can be excellent with the right balance of acid and sweet, were replaced by grated rutabaga and colrave and this sweet have no taste. the little pumpkin pieces needed more cooking than they were on the hard side. I mentioned all this the waitress who said that all feedback is important and she would pass it on to the cook. what she said later that she had it. At the same time, I also mentioned that the sauce for the meat was exceptionally good and it was immediately offered to bring more! what she did. we had an open wine that was also top quality. the weeping list also seemed quite comprehensive. we were impressed by the service and eating and the general atmosphere of the restaurant and we will be back soon.
real care and professional welcome and service! the personal and the owner are exceptional when you feel like home and are appreciated. that is very rare! the love for detail in this kitchen increases to the same quality level. local meat from the high-end jewelry over the street, fresh salad from the fields close and large brot from the next door! I also enjoyed several excellent fish dishes. it is not the ingredients alone that stand out, it is the delicious flavor, so bite and skill of cooking to perfection! presentations are a pleasure for the eyes. casual, classic, traditional but hip! I love the terrace and the entire ambiente. if they want to eat well, this is a top choice in the region!
we stopped here for dinner after a long day of travel by paris. we were 3 pairs and we were greeted with smiles and greeted on a comfortable table. the wine recommendations were right in front of the place and served immediately. the food was wonderful! loved it. melone with land ham appetizer. delicious! we all loved our food. we have finished with great desserts! our beautiful server, elizabeth was more than happy to separate our bills and their service was excellent! this is a charming restaurant in a charming city with execptional food and drinks!
we had diners in these restaurants since the new owners took over the business. we didn't regret it. the food was delicious, advised wein excellent and the service of the owners remarkable. Eyes for details, explanation about eating and wein without pedantry on a very casual and...friendly wise. a l’aimable. live near us intending to leave this our house restaurant or let it arrive from external travel.
