Auberge Du Chanet

The reason to come here is the food. Patric is an outstanding chef and when we stayed we thoroughly enjoyed the gazpacho and lamb shanks. Really top class food in a wonderfully bucolic setting. Great beers in the afternoon on the terrace and a large, comfortable room. I even enjoyed finding that the cat had jumped through the window in the early hours, to share my bed!

Une adresse 4 étoiles ! Une cuisine inventive et excellente que nous avons découverte par hasard, mais que nous recommanderons à nos amis. Nous sommes restés dans le chalet et avons apprécié la propreté des locaux et la taille de la chambre. L'humour du patron est également appréciable. 2 randonneurs en route vers St Guilhem.

J'ai été vraiment surpris par l'accueil. Les réponses du propriétaire au mauvais commentaires illustrent d'ailleurs assez bien ce sens très particulier de l'hospitalité. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1

Établissement à savoir absolument Très chaleureux. Repas maison avec produits frais fournis en court-circuit
