Auberge du Moulin

Nous avons réservé à l'avance une table via le formulaire de contact Internet et cela a bien fonctionné.Beau bâtiment traditionnel, nous avons eu une table au premier étage à partir d'un coin.Nous avons choisi l'un des 2 menus avec des spécialités locales (foie gras, agneau, escargots, steak).Le steak n'était qu'ordinaire, tandis que le reste de la nourriture était vraiment fantastique.Excellents déserts également.Nous avons commandé un vin rouge local qui a été recommandé et nous l'avons apprécié. les tartes flambées. Le service était excellent et très sympathique, il est devenu un peu lent lorsque 3 à 4 tables ont commandé des quantités incroyables de tartes flambées.

On ne peut pas manquer d'essayer la tarte flambée à Strasbourg. Cependant, seuls quelques endroits servent également la version dessert, l'Auberge du Moulin le fait, et le meilleur est avec la pomme flambée au Calvados. Intérieur typiquement alsacien, personnel sympathique qui continue à charger plus de tarte flambée, aussi longtemps que vous le souhaitez. Mangez avec les doigts, le Pinot Noir s'y marie bien, et régalez-vous !

large restaurant in Alsace, with a large selection of “Flammekueche” (typical salted cake baked in a wood oven). the service is friendly and flexible. the decoration is warm and typical. tipp: depending on the days, they can hold two consecutive services, in this case. They may not have as long as they wish. I therefore propose that they discuss with them when they do the booking to avoid any misunderstandings.

a fine restaurant with authentic Alsatian cuisine and interior spaces. away from the main tourist trails, which affect both the atmosphere and the prices pleasantly. the restaurant is located in a picturesque village 15 minutes' drive from straßburg. Tarts combs are incredibly delicious and the...selection is huge. the personal is friendly.
