Tonight’s dining experience was over the top! Friends took us here on our first visit to their nearby home, and we couldn’t have been more delighted. The interior of the restaurant is minimalist perfection gorgeous. The food and wine are the stars! Gambas à la crème anisée absolutely delicious, fresh, and exciting. Paleron confit au Tandoori amazing presentation and outstanding flavor. Entremet Bergamotte,noisette et caramel OMG; I don’t know how they packed all those flavors into this multi layer dessert, but it was a treasure! We ate very well, thanks to the chef! On the other hand: Very long waiting time! Arrived at 12:30 p.m., starters served at 1:45 p.m., We inform the Manager at 2:15 p.m. that we have an imperative at 3:00 p.m. and it will therefore be difficult for us to have desserts after the main course. It requires us to pay them, because they are ordered! (we didn't even have the dishes served at that time) Aberrant! I pass on the mistakes and forget about the waitress at the table.
