This great little restaurant has been under new management for just over a year. The dining room has been refurbished beautifully, and the day that we visited it was very busy, mainly with locals enjoying lunch. There is a relatively extensive menu or set meal for 14€ per head including starter, main course and pudding and a 1/4 pichet of rose wine. Starters on the day we visited were a Provencal tart (sadly sold out by the time we got there), house terrine (home made, excellent quality) or tomato, mozzarella salad with pesto dressing (again very good). Main courses were roast chicken served with chips (a little dry but very tasty), bavette steak with chips (excellent, very tender meat and well cooked, but we only had one portion of this as it was sold out) and a marinated pork which was offered as the bavette ran out, (beautifully tender and well flavored). Puddings were a chocolate and red fruit mousse, which was delicious, an apricot, plum and apple crumble (super) and my mum had a plate of carpaccio thin slices of pineapple with crystallized lemon as she hadn't wanted the set choices. Very good service, excellent value and a really pleasant venue. This isn't fine dining, but well cooked local food, served nicely and in a pleasant restaurant with a good atmosphere. Overall, a good find and somewhere we'll be going again.

We have been coming to the Perisse regularly for many years and for the last year or so, under the new management of Bruno Xavière, we always enjoy ourselves. They are perfect hosts. Last night was a beautiful evening and we sat outside and it was lovely to see the restaurant so busy. The menu has its usual local dishes, always well cooked and the menu is always complimented by additional special suggestions, and the one's we chose last night were excellent. I would always recommend the Perisse and look forward to our next visit.

This restaurant was recommended to me by the campsite I was staying at. This Auberge is situated overlooking fields of Sunflowers with the Pyrenees in the background. The menu was not over complicated and I chose a meat starter followed by Salmon. Both dishes were very tasty. Dessert was a home made apricot pie that was delicious. The owners Bruno and Xaviere started this venture 2 months ago and I would recommend a visit. They are both welcoming hosts and the food is good value for money

We eat here often and always get reliable, well-cooked food. Lunchtime menu has plenty of choices with the occasional star and the wine is included. We normally have the formule but ate off the Carte before Christmas for a family meal and it was superb.
