This restaurant was a stones throw from our Hotel, we were surprised to find such a little gem of a restaurant with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff are friendly and go out their way to help you with your selections, be it beverage...or food. the portions are very generous and is good home hearty cooking. We loved the little Waitress and host so much that we went back for the next nights for dinner, they had a special English Menu on hand for us English speaking people. But make sure if you want a smaller portion you ask for Senior Plate, this is a half size portion. A must have that I recommend is the Aubinger Skewer, delicious. When we return to Munich this little cozy restaurant...

This was a walk from our hotel. We didn't feel like going back into town and we are so happy we didn't. My husband and daughter got pork and said nothing in the US compares to it. It was lean, tender, succulent and perfectly...cooked. I got a vegetarian plate which was enormous and loaded with fresh grilled and roasted veggies, a small amount of rice, and a bit of potato. Be prepared...portions are extremely generous and the salad bar is included (all delicious). I also tasted the spaetzle with mushroom sauce and thought it was really wonderful. Vegetarians beware- the veg spaetzle did have small bacon bits.Small but decent beer selection and they offered us an after dinner drink on the hous...

This place was a real surprise with regards to the quality of the food. I had the mixed grill and cannot remember having eaten a better version of this dish. The beer I washed it down with was good too, but I preferred the inexpensive...house rosè that my wife chose. The starter salad was good too, but I still think it's odd that people are expected to eat their side salad before the main course arrives. If you go, order the mixed grill but be ready to eat plenty..

We visitied for dinner on a very hot evening. A very nice little place with really good Croatian and German food. The owner offered us good service and recommendations for beer and wine; the food arrived promptly. The atmosphere of the place was relaxed and...we ended up wolfing down this juicy, well-balanced dinner plate until we could eat noe more the portions are more than generous. Staying in hotel out from the center of Munich, was directed to this place from the hotel. It is a great small place . Our entrees came with trip to salad bar. The food was good as was the outside seating. The owner gave us...some gratis plum brandy to finish . Good place to go if in the area.

for me, this restaurant is from eating and from the service, the best in the little west. the text on the apron of the quality below is quite true. highly recommended, especially in summer in the beer garden.

Sehr gutes Essen und freundlicher Service. Käsespätzle, Jägerschnitzel, und Paltschinken sind sehr zu empfehlen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt auch, außer beim Wasser. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Very nice restaurant in Aubing. It was close to our hotel. Not too expensive, big portions, salad bar included. Nicely decorated.
