"Came here Sunday after a home football game, so there were a few beers that had been sold out the night before (understandable). Luckily we were there primarily to eat and the food did not disappoint. While the menu is somewhat limited, the food that you do get is delicious and done well."

Got the burger as pictured. Called back to see if that was normal, or if I could get a replacement. Whoever picked up was not helpful. He basically avoided my concern and was defensive, saying that ?nobody ate a piece of ur burger.? That?s not what I was implying, just wanted an apology or even for him to try to be nice about it. He said sorry but it was after I asked several times if that was normal. Would?ve been no big deal if he was nice about it. And to top it off the
Christopher was our server today and made our experience the worst we ever have had at the draft house. Okay we waited over 40 minute to get server. We went to the hostess 20 minutes into our wait and told her we still haven?t been helped she asked where we were sitting and acted shocked. 20 minutes after that is then Christopher showed up. He didn?t even apologize he was completely rude. We had to ask for enough silverware and then he never brought it so we had to share
Tried this place two weeks ago. Food was decent, but service was horrible. Took 15 minutes to get greeted by a waiter. Took another 30 minutes to get our food. To top it off, it took 25 minutes for the waiter to bring a check. Tried the place again tonight for chicken tenders to go. Placed the order at the bar. Waited. Waited. Waited. We all really enjoyed our food and the only reason to knock it down by a star was because I was not told they would charge me extra for a different dressing when I didn't want the dressing that came with the Greek salad, we were also charged for a small cup of ranch for my son's fries instead of ketchup, and there was a automatic gratuity added to the bill for the kitchen staff that wasn't indicated anywhere on the menu. I'm completely in favor of everybody getting paid
