I have just read the previous review and I think we may have been at this restaurant when they were there. We had a couple of beers. First round appeared quite quickly. Then tables started to fill up. Were we observing how long other tables were waiting to be served to pass the time whilst waiting for our second beer. We decided then not to eat here as we didn't want to wait. When the table next door ordered a glass of wine we actually timed how long it took to arrive. It was 17 minutes. We were not even noticed by the staff, so after 20 min we went to the counter to place our order. After this our drinks arrived actually quite quickly. But we saw people coming and going but they were quite ignored. We ended up waiting another 30 min until our pizzas finally arrived. No information in between by when it would arrive. We even went to the counter to pay our billsPoor service but ok food. They do not have enough staff for the number of visitors they got. We were there on a Sunday. We met friend who went there too and loved their food (meat: "Putenfleisch & Rösti"), they really liked the meat.If you don't mind the wait and poor service you can go there.
I know this place before it was in another location. The owner is the same. It used to be the best Italian restaurant by far. Unfortunately no more. I was very happy to go back to dinner after many years. The portions are unfortunately only half, but the prices are utopian. Of course, the foods are all more expensive today, but the price-performance ratio does not fit. The pizza is to be discouraged, which unfortunately no longer tastes at all. Pasta's okay. A pity
The selection of restaurants in Bergzabern is manageable. So during my vacation I had dinner twice in the pizzeria. At first I was surprised that this restaurant is not Italian. The pizza also differs from the usual way. Cracked and thin dough. After some bites but quite appealing. Well done and big. The staff is friendly, attentive and fast. I'm back.

So I'm doing a lot there and I like it. The food tastes good and I think I used to work in a pizzeria myself to finance my master school is working exclusively with fresh ingredients. delivery service is not possible to reserve a table either, at no time is anyone going to the phone! advertising in the internet with delivery service, how should this work without phone contact?! best to report consumer protection, this is not right!
We were on Wednesdays just after 5:00 in the local. The service was very friendly, the drinks came promptly. The Ravioli with chestnuts are highly recommended Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
