Rooms: Hotel in schöner Lage oben auf dem Münsterberg. Familienzimmer war großzügig geschnitten bei gelungener Raumaufteilung. Bad etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Terrassentüre dürfte mal geputzt werden. Wunderbarer Blick auf den Rhein. Walkability: Durch zentrale Lage Sehenswürdigkeiten ebenso fußläufig erreichbar wie Fußgängerzone oder Rhein. Food drinks: Gutes Frühstück. Beim Frühstück wird man freundlich darauf hingewiesen, dass um 10Uhr das Büffet abgeräumt wird. Abendessen vorzüglich. Laut den Männern dürfte der Hauptgang etwas größer ausfallen. Sehr aufmerksam war, dass uns am letzten Abend etwas mehr Brot gereicht wurde, war unser Wunsch zuvor immer, etwas mehr davon zu haben. Wir haben hier das Wochenende verbracht um einmal den Alltag zu entfliehen. Die Zimmer sind Renovierungsbedürftig aber sauber. Der Service ist toll und das Essen super. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und alles dabei was man sich wünscht. Das Abendessen ebenso. Mann kann zwischen zwei Gänge auswählen, der Service ist auch hier sehr aufmerksam und das Essen wird sehr zügig serviert. Ein paar Minuspunkte gibt es beim „spa“ Bereich. Der Pool war für unser empfinden sehr klein und das Wasser war kalt. Die liegen waren alle voll belegt sodass wir nur kurz dort verweilen konnten und auch keine Entspannung empfunden habe. A house with very special radiance. From the outside, the hotel is not to be overlooked, what a cosy ambience it has inside. Rarely I have seen and experienced a hotel lobby so bright, open and yet comfortable. The interior is very well maintained and in a renovated state it has done something. It was traded on the construction period and it seems all came from the 80s. Very tasteful, not overloaded and very welcoming. What we noticed; guests have always stayed in the hotel lobby. For the name, the central location and directly at the Münster I would have expected a little more “flair” and professionalism.We had rented a meeting room for the evening, for about 50 people. From the reception I was sent in the wrong direction. The room was badly ventilated and the air conditioning remained after several indications. The waiter was quickly overwhelmed and took forever for the drinks.It was too sticky, too warm and we were thirsty. Réservez une table maintenant

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmer zum Teil Renovierungsbedürftig Service für ein 4 Sterne Hotel Mittagstisch erst ab 14 Uhr beim Abendmenü wollte ich einen Gang tauschen da ich weder Fisch noch Lamm mag das ginge nur mit einem Aufpreis von 12.99€ so etwas ist mir noch nie passiert.
