If you love pretzels, this is your place. Their pretzels are a tad bit harder than Wetzel's. I have been here multiple times over the years. Staff is always decently friendly, no big issue! I prefer softer pretzels, and they have a crispier harder shell than Wetzel's does. Wetzel's has more of a gooey chew, this is more of a tougher bite, but not in a bad way! They have several savory options, like pepperoni, or jalapeno! They also have sour cream and onion flavor! It feels cleaner than Wetzel's for some reason lol! The restaurant was extremely cold, and the manager was rude and unprofessional. He showed no willingness to listen to my concerns as a customer. I am really angry and upset about my experience. I will never return.
The employee was quite unpleasant and rude. They refused to honor any coupons or discounts that are listed on the corporate website and appeared frustrated when I asked about them.
