"I often find myself saying, 'It’s just pretzels,' yet I can't help but keep returning to this place. The pretzels are delicious, always served hot and fresh. While their customer service can be hit or miss, the incredible food earns them an extra star in my book. From sweet to savory options, including hot dogs, they truly excel in every category. Honestly, even if the cashier were to be rude, I would still come back with a smile, eager for more."
“It’s just pretzels” a phrase I often repeat to myself, but to no prevail I always end up back here. They’re good and always hot and wonderful. Sometimes they’re customer service isn’t so good, but they get an extra star for having amazing food. From sweet to salty to hotdogs, they can do no wrong. Honestly the cashier could curse me and I would still come back for more with a smile on my face.
This is the best Auntie Annie's I've visited so far. The owners and staff are extremely friendly. The pretzels, made to order, were absolutely perfect and delicious. If you're in the Albany area, I highly recommend checking it out. You'll find it in the Albany Mall, near the Chuck E. Cheese entrance and to the left of Kay's Jewelers.
Auntie Anne's is great for a snack or cold drink. The owners are very nice and respectful.. My wife loves the frozen hot chocolate they have around Christmas time. The pepperoni pretzels are a favorite of mine. They also have cinnamon sugar dessert pretzels which taste pretty good, too. Réservez une table maintenant
AVOID THIS PLACE! I used to dine here years ago and ended up with food poisoning. I moved away, but when I returned to visit, I decided to give it another shot, and I got food poisoning again!
From the employees to the management you're not gonna meet a friendlier team anywhere, always quick and efficient. You're sure to leave with a smile and some fresh pretzels.
DONT DO IT!! Used to eat here years ago and it gave me food poisoning. Moved away, but came back to visit and tried it again and FOOD POISON AGAIN!
I usually get the mini pretzel dog bites with cheese dip. It is wonderful!!! The employees are always friendly with big smiles. Réservez une table maintenant
