I waited in line for about 20 minutes, only to discover they were out of pretzels, so I opted for pretzel bites instead. Unfortunately, they only had plain and cinnamon sugar options, and I found them to be quite disappointing! Some of the bites were undercooked, while others were burnt on the bottom. After hearing my complaints to my granddaughter, the manager kindly offered us some cinnamon sugar for free, but by then, it was too late. She enjoyed the cinnamon sugar ones, but my plain salted bites ended up in the trash. I understand that it was getting late and they might have been running low on items, but I would have preferred if they had closed early rather than serve me undercooked or...
Server TAIJAH M !!!!!! Very unprofessional acts like she being forced to work or something. Doesn’t even greet the customer hot dogs were falling out of the pretzels. If you don’t enjoy where your work change it instead of working clearly unhappy letting the customers know that you don’t wanna be there. Told me that my pretzels dogs would be ready in 10 minutes didn’t say anything once they were done. If you want to continue to have customers I wouldn’t have someone like that working front line!
The staff was very friendly but was very disappointed in the quality of the pretzel bites I received. Auntie Anne’s is a family favorite so I was, to say the least, disappointed when I ordered regular pretzel bits and found MAYBE 5 kernels of salt on these. To pay $24 for 2 pretzel bite orders that don’t have any salt on them is absurd. If this is a one off thing I’m happy to update my review to reflect how management has reached out to correct this, that is up to the business though.
Not one to leave bad reviews, normally.We were told there would be a 10 minute wait. No problem!After 10 minutes, we see them putting the pretzel bites in the cups, so we go to order.We are turned away because can you wait until they 're in the case? After we stepped aside, another person told us to wait behind the line.Would have taken another 30 seconds, and we were literally the only people in line.Just an odd experience. Decided against buying anything. Other locations will do!

The pretzels and mixed lemonades are delicious! Auntie Anne's is a perfect quick snack while you're doing all your shopping. Additionally, the staff at this location were super friendly.
Only thing I like about going to the mall is getting pretzels here. Service is ok but don't expect a lot from the place.
