With that being said, we made the pickup time 6:00. I get there at 6:05 and pick up a couple of items from Walmart. Employee was really rude when I was trying to talk to her. I had told one of the employee I need 2 cinnamon bites and there was one on the glass I told her I didn't want that one I wanted 2 fresh ones since she was already gonna make one for me. She then said okay 10 minutes. I said okay I'll wait. I AM NOW WAITING OVER 35 minutes because the girl “ didn't know “ when I tried talking to her and asking how much longer she just turned around and said something but I couldn't hear what she said. You guys need faster and not rude people.
I was at walmart at least 5 times last month and tried to eat something here but the employee always found some excuse not to sell me anything, I asked her for mini hot dogs and she said should wait at least 30 minutes (which I don't think) the other time I tried to order what in the menu image looks like ice cream or something like that, she said that you will not like it, apart from muttering things with her partner, terrible service.
Stopped by to grab pretzel nuggets. They didn't have any made. The worker told me they couldn't make anything else until they sold what they had. They only had 3 petzels ready to sell. She turned away 3 customers while I was there. You mean to tell me you all turn away customers vs.making more food to sell? That has to be the dumbest thing I have ever experienced.

January 20, 2020, at 6:16pm, No pretzels products to sell. Second day in a row I have come in and there were no pretzels to purchase. Rude and they act like they are doing you a favor by being there. The one at Bowie Town Center was much better. Take some lessons on customer service.
I purchased a pretzel on March 31, 2023, and it was extremely stale. It tasted like it had been left out for 5 to 7 days. I assumed they were made fresh daily, but it seems that's not the case for this location. Don't waste your money! I won't be buying from Aunt Annie's again.
Pretzel Nuggets were received were stale and old tasting, the hotdogs pretzel were extremely burnt! Shouldve save my money! I will never purchase from there again! Yuck!

They unapologetically sell burnt pretzels. “That is how they cook. See they all look like that.†I settled for a beverage lemonade was tasty.
This place never seems to have anything ready! I’m curious why they even stay open.
