I always look forward to visiting Auntie Anne's, but this location really missed the mark today. The pretzels were overcooked, and some parts of the edges were almost burnt. I didn’t mention it at the time, but they just didn’t taste the same—too dry and not as soft as I remember. I’m really disappointed.
Thank you, Eric, for delivering my daughter's birthday treats to school! The kids absolutely loved them. The pretzels were warm, and he even brought a bucket of ice for the lemonade, along with plenty of cups and napkins. Eric was not only friendly but also incredibly helpful.
Great selection of pretzels, all 3 employees were rushing to get everything done while the line was wrapped around. Appreciate the hard work they were doing.

The customer service is consistently excellent. The cashier was very polite and respectful. The food is also great.
The new drink they offer is fantastic and definitely worth the half-hour wait in line.
