This review is for the Palisades mall location. The staff was extremely unhelpful. I placed a large online order for my daughter's birthday party, but they were apparently out of some of the items we ordered and simply chose to cancel it without informing us. When we arrived to pick up the food, they unapologetically told us that they had decided to cancel our order because it was too much effort! By that time, it was too late for us to make other arrangements, which left us feeling very embarrassed without the treats for our guests. Absolutely ridiculous!
The girl at the cashier was really rude and disrespectful towards me, I love the Cinnabon and loyal customer ,I always used to buy . This young lady made me Felt very uncomfortable ? . Don’t recommend this location otherwise you will be disappointed
I've always wanted to try this restaurant ever since I arrived in Myanmar. I finally had the chance to taste the food today, and it was absolutely delicious. I really hope they consider opening a branch in Myanmar!
It's a small shop, but it offers all the delicious buns that we adore! If you encounter a line, just be prepared for a bit of a wait.

Original lemonade was only filled to about half and watered down. No spills in the bags either as it came sealed so its the store.
The Mini Pretzel Original Pretzel Nuggets were hard and stale. The Pepperoni Pretzel pizza was soggy and unappetizing.
Unfortunately the cinnamon roll I got had barely any frosting on it and tasted a little stale.
Incredible! The pretzels never let me down! I can hardly believe how fantastic this place is!
