During our stay at the hotel, we dined at the bar for breakfast and dinner on our first night. We enjoyed the delicious madras curry and a couple of glasses of champagne. The breakfast atmosphere was relaxed and not too crowded, with fresh orange juice provided on all tables as a nice touch. The cooked breakfast was excellent, especially the flavorful haggis. Service was impeccable and the staff was friendly. The only downside was that the drinking water provided was heavily treated and not suitable for consumption, although this was not the case in other areas of the hotel.
We stayed for 2 nights and each morning we had breakfast which was great. The selection was very good either hot food or a cold buffet selection. We had dinner in the restaurant one of the nights and the food was really good and the staff were very friendly and efficient and made you feel special. We will definitely go back again.
My husband and I were having an overnight stay at the Seamill Hydro and had breakfast in the Aura resturant. Manageress and staff so attentive. Great selection and the full breakfast was soooo good and piping hot.Well done to the chefs, manageress and her staff! We'll be back!!!
Restaurant is very good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good choice of food. The dessert we had was delicious . Best fish and chips I've had in a long time. The batter was lovely and crispy just the way I like it. Service was very good. Staff were very nice.

Had a lovely meal here in very warm and inviting surroundings. The staff were friendly and efficient and the food was delicious. It was Christmas week so was very busy but that just added to the whole atmosphere. Definitely worth another visit in the near future.
This restaurant is absolutely gorgeous! We all loved our delicious lunch. My daughter especially enjoyed her chicken burger. I had a delicious ploughman's sandwich with Parmesan fries, shared with my sister. Can't wait to come back again!
breakfasts were great. Good food, well prepared and served on very hot plates. great cold buffet selction, and toast machine setup so that it produced very good toast.
Decent selection of gins. £6.10 is a bit steep for the size of it but still bought several. Food was lovely. Good service. We'll be back.
