The Italian beef sandwich at Aurora Lou Malnati's Pizzeria is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I was sitting at the neighboring restaurant unaware they had closed early when Jonis, a Lou Malnati's employee, noticed me and informed me that they were still open and could prepare an amazing sandwich. Even though it was close to closing time, the staff remained polite, helpful, and never acted like they were bothered. Best of all, the food was delicious—far better than what I would have gotten next door.
I had a craving for thin crust pizza from Lou’s and decided to order delivery from the Orchard Road location. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed. The pizza was overcooked and as hard as a rock. Out of the entire order, only about four pieces were actually decent enough to eat. I’ll definitely think twice before placing my next late-night pizza order.
Consistently the BEST pizza in Aurora. Family coming to town? Get a Malnati’s pizza. Aurora Barnstormers summer picnic? Order Malnati’s pizza (3 of them) Grandsons coming to visit? Malnati’s pizza. This may be the best Lou’s location around! The team was happy, smiling and accommodating! The quality of the pizza was perfect! Not under cooked not over cooked, just right! I am already looking forward to my next deep dish Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The pizza here is great, but I'm giving it only 1 star until their support team reaches out to me about the promotional medium pizza I was promised for downloading the app, as well as my rewards points.

My wife loves the gluten-free deep dish, while I prefer the Lou thin crust topped with pepperoni and black olives. It's truly delicious. This has become a regular spot for us.
