I ordered the variety pack (Aussie Pie, The Trifecta, Chook Pie, Shane’s Pie) for $26.99 through Spud. Aussie Pie: 3/5 The pie had a good amount of filling, with plenty of tender, well-seasoned beef and a noticeable tanginess from the ketchup and Worcestershire sauce—not overpowering, but present. Unfortunately, the crust, which I believe is the most crucial part of a pie, fell short. The bottom crust was soggy and doughy due to the moist filling, while the top puff pastry was slightly better but still doughy and not very enjoyable. Shane's Pie: 3.5/5 This pie had a slightly sweet filling that set it apart from the Aussie Pie. It contained a good portion of tender shredded shortribs....

Visited Ausie Pie Guy for a quick dinner and ordered two items: an Aussie pie and an ANZAC cookie. I was curious to try since I hadn’t had this kind of food before. The pie came with salad and mashed potatoes on the side. Visually, it looked okay but not very appetizing. In terms of taste, each bite was somewhat average. The bread was decent, the meat had a good cook and decent flavor, but overall it didn’t stand out to me. The ANZAC cookie was also just okay. Overall, my first experience with Ausie Pie Guy was alright.

I tried this at a corporate event and the food was really good. I imagine it would be even better when not made in such large quantities all at once. The pie was truly delicious, perfectly seasoned with great overall flavor. The pastry was spot on—soft and tasty.
