Beautiful, small restaurant in the middle of the village with a connected hotel. Very nice service and a large daily ticket with surprising offers. Vegetarian options: The daily menu included some vegetarian dishes. Two were tested (aubergine filled with hummus with goat cheese baked in Yufkateig, as well as risotto with pifferlings) and it was really delicious. Ds Auszeit is no longer available in Gutmühle but in Seelscheid. We were back the first time since the move. The interior design is exhausted and was much more inspired before. Their customer service was rude and obnoxious and I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.
