The dad is head chef, the mom is a sous chef, one daughter is the pastry chef, and another works the dining room. That said, the service can be slow. Eventually, very friendly, but slow . The food is great from superior ingredients and authentic preparation. The dining room is Ikea chic and holds around 40 patrons. Parking on the street, a SEPTA station lot, and a nearby parking structure are convenient to the restaurant. I loved the small intimate feel of this restaurant without feeling over crowded. The portions were perfect allowing leftovers to be brought home and the price was very fair for the quality and quantity. The server said that the food is presented just as it is in Venezuela.
