Avalon 29th Street Deli Grill

This place is within walking distance of my in-laws house. It is right next to a coffee shop and the prices at this deli are much lower and in my opinion the food is better. We both got egg white sandwiches with cheese and meat on multigrain toast. I got pork roll and he got scrapple. Mine could have used a bit of hot sauce but otherwise was very good and we both walked away full.

I always love this place for the comfort, great prices, and quality it offers. However, my take-out breakfast sandwiches of 'bacon, egg, and pork roll cheese' yesterday morning were overcooked and the rolls were soggy with cooking liquid, which was not appetizing at all. I will skip the breakfast here next time, but everything else about this place is still great.

delicious and good for the price. had a chicken burrito that was delicious jummy and filling! forget to make a picture after the first bite, because it was so good! nice staff and don't wait long. I will recommend this place.

The absolute best sandwich spot in Avalon! I worked there for years and our family never gets our hoagies, cheesesteaks or sandwiches from anywhere else. I highly recommend the crispy chicken buffalo wrap! Réservez une table maintenant

Took an hour and a half for my order. They kept asking what I wanted again and again while I waited. Came home with 2 wrong sandwiches.
