I was quite surprised to find a pizza at Avanti Pizza that seemed influenced by Turkey and Iran right in Sicily. The dough had a strangely sweet flavor, almost like it was made from pancake mix—who makes sweet pizza? The sausages surrounding the low-quality mozzarella looked like something reheated in a very unappealing way. As for the tomato sauce, it was basically just ketchup. If you’re living in a caravan, maybe this would count as good pizza, but for someone from New York, this dish barely compares to high school cafeteria food! You might fool some people, but not someone from the USA!
I had a fantastic experience at Avanti Pizza during my night out. Their menu features pizza in four sizes: small, medium, large, and “R U Cray Cray?” The pizzas are served fresh and made to order, rather than being pre-made and reheated. I also loved that the tables were set up with games—a delightful and unexpected detail. We had a fun game of chess while waiting for our pizza, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The pizza was delicious and cheesy, and both the owner and the staff were friendly without being intrusive. I would certainly return to Avanti Pizza!

The sausage was unappetizing and tasted reheated, while the sauce seemed to be pure ketchup. If you're used to subpar pizza that might pass in a less discerning environment, this could work for you. But as a New Yorker, I can confidently say this doesn’t even come close to the quality expected from a good pizza place. It was disappointing and not something I would recommend.
Really like Avanti after tonight's pop in. Pizza is available in 4 sizes sm, med,lg, and R U Cray Cray? Also by the slice, but that is a fresh, made to order slice, not the heat and eat variety. Tables are set with gamez, unexpected nice touch. Indulgedin a game of chess which quickened the order and the lengthened our stay. Pizza was good, cheesy, and the owner and staff werepleasant without being doting. Wheel be back...:

Avanti Pizza is now under new management, and their pizza is excellent, with the thick, chewy crust I was hoping for. The sauce, however, could be improved to boost its flavor. The staff is also very friendly.
The staff were very friendly, but unfortunately, the food didn’t meet expectations. We had linguine with clam sauce and ravioli with meat sauce.
To start, my order did arrive on time and was hot.
I really enjoyed my visit to Avanti tonight!
