Ramon El Huertano has moved to the opposite side of the road into sleek new premises. The good value and renown friendly service continues. I have returned to this bar/restaurant and reviewing 7 years after my last review because of the move. Menu Del Dia price has gone up in this area (from E10 to E12.50) and most places have signs up saying drink NOT included. Thankfully the lovely Ramons don't do this. Menu del Dia we had 2 x Russian salad, bread basket a simple salad, calamari fried assorted fish with chips, the Arroz con Leche (traditional cold rice pudding with cinnamon), an ice cream. This review has been written after our second visit to Avenida. On both occasions we came away convinced that this place has to be one of the best in the area. Service and food are both excellent and the wine list contained an excellent mid...priced White at per bottle which was good value for money. Starters consisted on Magre con Tamate and Patatas Bravas along with Pinchos Morunos which were excellent. Mains have included steak, cod balls and a grilled vegetable dish which was superb. The meals were finished off with complimentary liqueurs which was a nice touch. Looking forward to another visit some time.

dinner very good! garnelen served in garlic and chili oil. super hot. tested like a dream. paella mixta wonderful and with deep aromen. service well, but we missed wet wipes.

Delicioso y a buen precio, lo único que supera la esquisitez del pulpo es el trato recibido.
