The best thing about this place is the cozy, authentic-looking decor. That 's the only reason it doesn 't get one star. Don 't let the woman making bread in the window mislead you into thinking you will receive any kind of homestyle hospitality. Even with a reservation,...our group of six was wedged next to a service refrigerator, ensuring that every staff and customer had to literally bump into us on the way to the back of the restaurant. The food here is totally amazing and definitely worth trying more than once! The meat is grilled to perfection and there are many vegetarian options on the menu. Unfortunately, the service is very slow but worth it once you've taken your first bite ;) The gozleme in every flavour combo are amazing and the sandwiches are satisfying...the said kavurma was very tasty, have yet to come across something here I haven't liked!
It's not swanky but the food is wonderful and priced. Martha had Manti $18 yogurt with meatball raviolis and I had Kiremit $14 meatballs in a tomato sauce with flatbread. I had a red ale bringing the total up to C$44. As I...went to pay, the waitress said that the credit card machine was broken. I said I only had US$36 and you should have told me before we ordered.
Simple, basic homemade food that is very well done. Tasty and generous portions. Menu comes with photos to help you decide. Good value. (We tried Koz Patlican $9; Lahmacun $12; Vegeterian $14. Perfect neighbourhood restaurant for a casual outing. I would definitely come back! My...only quibble was that the seating was not comfortable and just barely adequate.

I cannot believe how unbelievably delicious this meal was.The bread was freshly made in front of us. Everything was perfectly seasoned! This is a definite repeat for my family.Dessertbis highly recommended! Mennendem was gobbled up!My 10 yr old Foodie recommends it too. Especially the cherry...juice and potato stuffed dough!
We love Turkish mezes and this neighborhood restaurant did not disappoint. The food was very good and copious; we left with food for lunch! Very friendly service. Most of the clients seemed to be Turks, good sign. Simple place.
I have been here couple of times, always great food and great service. I had the borek with feta and spinach, the vegie sarma and the eggplant salad, all are delicious, with fresh baked bread and tea. Loved it so much.
The food is excellent and for a really reasonable price! It’s better to make a reservation in advance in the evening, as there are not a lot of tables, but it makes for a great ambience!

Had to wait for so long . Portions very small. When I complained that it’s too salty I didn’t got my plate replaced . Very disappointed
