Avia Carouge Station-service Avec Shop

For more than 20 years, I have been a customer of the Avia Carouge station. I always appreciated the staff who were and are very cordial, smiling and friendly. However, a new employee has recently been hired (tall, thin and blue eyes, almost fifty or more) who works in the afternoon almost all the time who does not have the same contact. My feeling is very strong when I see him, barely hello, doesn 't smile, borders on we wonder what he 's doing there ... He gives a non-warm appearance and image, it doesn 't make you want to chat with him or smile. So, I prefer to stop by when the other employees are there because it is more pleasant for me. In any case, he does not give the impression of being part of a team that helps each other while the other employees give this impression. I remain a customer who will choose to stop by when he is not in service.

I regularly come to stock up my range in the afternoons, it turns out that for several months an employee in his fifties has just been hateful to the customers, it's a shame the rest of the team was rather friendly and moreover the The wait is endless when this gentleman is at the checkout, perhaps training would be in order?
