This place is horrible. Not because they were out of chicken, burgers, fish, popcorn chicken, pickles and toilet paper. But, because the floor was so sticky and every single table (I’m talking 20 or so) was dirty. Every person that came in looked around shocked. There was not an attempt to clean them, even as customers were using napkins and hand sanitizer to wipe off the tables and chairs. The drink fountain looked like it is hardly ever cleaned. Caked with sticky soda splashes and spills. The counter was sticky, wet and covered in trash. I couldn’t set my drink down to put the lid on it. Dirty!
I ate at the KFC portion of this restaurant. There were a couple of things that need to be said. Firstly, the drive-thru was closed due to staffing issues (most fast-food places are so I don't want to ding them to hard. I went in and found that they only had two employees. So getting food was a struggle, it was very delayed. If the food was fresh and hot I would have excused it but the food was old and burnt. However, the biscuit was fresh.
This was the dirtiest restaurant I have ever encountered. There was grease and food scattered all over the floor in the back, and the staff just moved around as if it were no big deal. After I placed my order, I had to ask for cups for my drinks. The dining area was also unclean—it was just terrible. It used to be a nice place to eat.
Was absolutely horrible. First off the double bacon burger was burnt. Then I asked for mustard for my corn dog nuggets and they acted like they didn't want to give me any. When they did they gave me a very small amount in a mashed potato bowl which was enoughfor 3 nuggets out of the ten I ordered. Needless to say I won't be going back

I went through the drive thru yesterday and the food I ordered was not fresh at all. The onion rings were soggy and not really cooked all the way and seemed like the burger was cooked hours before and sat under a heat lamp and just slapped on some buns. The meal wasn’t cheap but the quality was.
The restaurant was open for dining inside, but the drive-thru was closed, which was quite confusing. They didn't provide any explanation for why the drive-thru wasn't available. The employees seemed very relaxed, which added to the overall chill atmosphere.
The staff was friendly, and the service was impressively quick, especially considering there was only one person handling everything. She took the orders, then went back to cook and prepare the meals. Kudos to her for managing it all!
This is by far the best KFC I've ever tasted! The food was hot and fresh, and the staff was incredibly friendly. If you're passing through Jeffersonville, make sure to stop for a meal—you won't be disappointed!

I went through the drive-thru today and was informed that they would be with me shortly, which was fine. However, after waiting for 10 minutes, I decided to leave because no one came to take my order.
Kind of disappointed. Luke warm fries and an almost blackened overdone hotdog. No onions available. Root beer still the same.
