I ordered the Papa Burger meal, and from the very first bite, it stood out from most other fast food places. The beef was piping hot—so hot that it nearly burned my mouth—so I appreciated the cool veggies that accompanied it. This was an unexpected delight, and I was very happy with the experience. This was my first visit to this A&W fast food restaurant. The staff were friendly and welcoming, with the person taking my order smiling and easygoing during our interaction. The location is ideal—conveniently situated right across from a gas station, and with a cannabis club just a few doors down, making it a great spot to stop by before or after a visit.
No late-night meal available after work. They had turned off all the lights at the drive-thru and locked the front door. The drive-thru hours state they are open until 10 PM, and the dining area until 9 PM. I tried the drive-thru at 9:45 PM, but it was closed. This is a disappointing experience, as the store hours posted on the front door are misleading.
I celebrated my birthday yesterday at A&W and had an incredible evening. The staff worked together wonderfully, the menu was delicious, and my friends were all very happy. The atmosphere truly made the celebration special. We will definitely be returning for more celebrations. Thank you very much, A&W!

I am very disappointed with my recent visit. My family and I arrived to eat, only to discover that the lobby was closed. It doesn't make sense for a restaurant to turn away customers who are willing to spend their money. We will not be coming back.
This location isn't a true A&W. Other A&W operators should be concerned, as this place gives the brand a bad reputation. They don’t grill the burgers, which is a crucial part of what makes A&W unique. Definitely a hard pass on this KFC knockoff.
I absolutely love this restaurant! Who can say no to a root beer float? The burgers at Pappa's are amazing. They also serve KFC, a classic that brings back fond memories from my childhood. It's the perfect place for a meal!

What’s going on with you all? My family and I just tried to dine in, but your lobby is closed. We won’t be returning to an establishment that doesn’t seem interested in our business.
This restaurant has always been one of my favorites. I’m so glad A&W is still in business! The Papa Burger and Root Beer Float are our go-to choices.
