Everything was great. I was hungry and ordered the chicken wings, receiving 10 tender, plump wings. I wish they offered buffalo flavor, but only garlic butter was available. The wings were very good, especially with two large packets of blue cheese dressing. I also ordered a large portion of fries, which I liked because they’re a cross between steak fries and regular fries—hearty and satisfying. The coleslaw portion was very small, just three bites, and I wish it had been a bit colder, but it tasted good. We were ignored for twenty minutes, with no staff approaching or acknowledging us in our car. Three different employees walked by carrying food but didn’t even notice us. When I finally got someone’s attention, they were brief and rude to me and my son, so we left. I understand being short-staffed—I’ve owned a retail business for 24 years—but a simple acknowledgment, even when busy and tired, is all it takes to avoid alienating customers.
The food here is consistently delicious! I used to love the cheeseburgers and onion rings, but unfortunately, they now upset my stomach. However, the deep-fried cheese bites are always outstanding, and we typically order two servings to enjoy the leftovers, which reheat perfectly in the oven. The onion rings are a crowd favorite; they're simply amazing! The chicken strips here even surpass those from 'B King.'
If you remember the experience of eating in a restaurant with car-themed decor, you'll feel right at home here. The food is consistently outstanding. The only downside is the wait time; because of its popularity, you may find yourself waiting over an hour for your order. The waitstaff work extremely hard, and considering the high volume of customers, they definitely deserve every tip they get.

This drive-in accepts both cash and local currency. The food is served hot, with generous portions, and it tastes absolutely fantastic. You just pull in, and a staff member comes to your car to take your order, then they’ll bring it to you once it's ready. Plus, you can buy a gallon of freshly made root beer to take home with you.
I miss that the servers no longer skate around on roller skates. That said, it’s still A&W, offering decent burgers and, of course, their signature root beer floats. They also know how to cook their fries properly, unlike many other places that seem to have forgotten how to do that.

Great food and fantastic root beer floats are a given. When we realized they were cash-only and only had $20 on hand, they kindly offered to let us pay the rest on our next visit, going above and beyond—even though there was an ATM on site. The service was wonderful and friendly!
