Literally the worst stuff I’ve ever seen at a fast food place ever they’re not supposed to close until 6 o’clock every time I come there close by 515pm They’re extremely rude extremely unprofessional. I watched them smoking vale’s several times in the back where customers can still see them Manager literally looks like a meth head
Stood waiting for our food for 35 minutes. We got to watch other employees cut the line and get there food sooner, other employees standing around doing nothing. No discount offered and as far as we could tell no one else even ordered what we ordered. This should not have taken this long! Poor excuse for fast food.
Honestly all of these people had bad experiences or were just crabby. When I went there it took 10 minutes, but a really good meal. I got the double mozza burger, and damn that was a really good burger. My drink came with ice, and the food wasn’t cold at all. No complaints.
Love the blended root beer float shake! And the cheese curds were great! Staff were working hard and I appreciated the young man expediting the orders. He was quick, efficient, and loud enough so you could actually hear what order was up on the counter in such a busy mall. Réservez une table maintenant
I did not receive a good experience at this location, however I spoke with the manager of operations and he assured me the problem was being handled and taken care of. I really do appreciate the quick response and the willingness to help. Thank you!
Worst experience ever!! I ordered 1 SMALL cheesecurd and waited 30 minutes for it! No one was in line before me, and then there was 5 others that came, ordered, and got their food before me! The worst, all that waiting for a small cheese curd.
Decent food trashy service, employees were rude af and messed up my ordered even after I repeated it twice
