A&w - Réserver une table

Having no idea of where to eat, my husband and I chose A&W. The website said open but when we called they said they open at 11. So i was frustrated there. When we ordered, they gave me the wrong drink of which i reminded them i got a float. The woman took my drink and not long after, i was told it would 10 minutes for my float or i could get another drink. Ten minutes for a float? Not to mention the soda my husband got had this nasty after taste. The service was inadequate, the staff there was not in the slightest ready to be open for business. Went by earlier today today to get some lunch with the family. We were very surprised and confused when we entered the restaurant. It was 11:10 when we arrived and the restaurant was completely empty. As we made our way to the counter we noticed the menu lights were off and that there seemed to be only one employee working. We were very confused and thought that maybe they were not open yet (although we later checked and verified the opening time is 10:30). We waiting for about a minute wondering what to do since the employee did not even acknowledge us. The employee was nice and professional. The food was freshly prepared. And the “free” drink was made right. Almost never are all three of these things available in the same place. This refers to A

Not worth what I paid... service was bad..and food was nasty, smallest burgers for the price and the fries were cold. ...never again
