waited 5 minutes to help the counter, then waited within 30 minutes for food and was still told "just a few minutes" when we were the only ones. served 20 laufwerk by patronen before us and we had to ask for updates several times. obviously they also lost the key to the women's bath, floors are so greasy I pushed around when I left. a hired person hid in a corner behind the kitchen door on a personal phone call for 20 minutes. another seemed high out of his understanding, they have made our food 2x new and then accidentally there were people in the drive through because no one attentiveness or communication, when we finally got our food burned and missing items. they never gave us a receptio...
I've had great memories of delicious burgers from A&W in New mexico. Never got to go often due to it being an hour away from where I lived at the time. Saw this one and had to stop. 1st the staff there couldn't understand I wanted a hamburger by itself. No fries no drink just a burger, I had to clarify it about 3 times. Oh well no big deal, get the burger and this patty is so dry I feel it sucking moisture from my mouth (should have got a drink). Took one bite and threw it in the trash. Im honestly blown away by how terrible of a burger I was served, considering the patty literally thinner than the patty on a kids burger from mcdonalds. They are scamming you. The refill for the growler “isn’t in their system”, so they put it in as a coney dog with a cheese curd side up charge. This makes the refill for the growler cost MORE than it originally did when we bought the jar. Then, we received the coney dog and regular cheese curd in our order anyway, which we didn’t want. So they’re scamming, or their staff isn’t trained properly. It also says everywhere, including their door, that the lobby closes at 10, but when we entered at 9:07, the staff stared at us until a few minutes later a woman, presumably a manager, told us the lobby was closed. I get that they don’t necessarily control the hours, but they need to list correct ones.
very disappointed tonight. we buy dinner at the kfc maybe three times a year, and eating is in the so-so (it is fast eating finally.) tonight it was just terrible. surprising because they were busy. the 'original recipe' was cold and rubbery instead of hot and crispy. the rollers were as stony as rocks, and the sides were nowhere to find (and it was too busy to go back). this is too much for it.

Soda station was filthy. Trash recepticle overflowing. No cups available at drink station. Napkin dispenser was empty. Inside tables dirty. Outdoor tables also not clean. Food extremely unappetizing. We tried eating the stuff, but ended up pitching the majority in the trash.
The new little kids they have in training didn't put my fries in my meal and the girl at the drive window tried to charge me 13.99 for a 6pc wing talking bout the chicken is cooked fresh and it's not from the freezer smh 3/2/2022
Only ordered a root beer float and 4 biscuits. No root beer, so they have Pepsi, and the biscuits we received were only 4 top halves of the biscuits... no bottom halves.... smh

They guys working were great! No complaints! The food looked great except fries, they were old, the burgers we couldn't eat, they were caked with salt. Very disappointed..
no pickles add salat. I have pickles and a small little small part of the soggy salad. These almost food restaurants are getting worse and worse on the day.
