I have to admit I have a weakness for A&W root beer floats. So, imagine my disappointment tonight when I tried to order a root beer float at A&W Root Beer and was told they don't have any root beer! Are you kidding me? That's like going to Taco Bell and finding out they're out of tacos. Or going to Kentucky Fried Chicken and learning they're out of chicken. Or going to . . . you get the idea. What's worse is that I went to this same A&W 2 months ago to get (you guessed it) a root beer float AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY ROOT BEER then, too. While driving home, I decided to stop by this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by its cleanliness. There were very few cars in the drive-thru, which was a nice advantage. The staff member was friendly and had my order ready in just two minutes. My meal was hot and exactly as I had asked for. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

I had a very disappointing experience at this KFC. My order was wrong, and I didn't get what I wanted. Moreover, they wouldn't let us substitute the chicken, which is typically allowed. I can't recommend this location.

The restaurant frequently runs out of chicken and often has limited stock, sometimes even lacking root beer. The overall cleanliness and organization are consistently poor.
The restrooms were not clean, and the service was extremely slow. The manager seemed unfriendly and overwhelmed, despite the restaurant not being busy.
Waited forever, chicken strips were overcooked and more like nuggets...KFC is being supported by A&W w this kinda service for sure, wish I got it.
A lil hard to understand when ordering, but they do double check orders to make sure they are right before asking for payment.
