Stopped here last night. Not that great Burger was literally thrown together messily. All our Patties were cold My teen burger had this HUGE piece of old lettuce. One tiny ring of onion. Not several layers. One single piece of onion. The only thing that was good was the gravy. And it was $37 dollars for 3 of us. You don’t get even close to value for your money here. The worst fast food burger in town. Eve tho it is fast food,you could take the time and little extra effort in putting it together better. And fix the milkshake machine or take them off the menu lol. It’s always broken!!!
When you clean up your table the next customer gets to sit with what little mess, stains etc on the table surface you left behind. So leave a little something like a cup or napkin when you leave so that may help stimulate the management and staff to circle the tables and keep them spritzed for the next person. Seems like it’s the norm all over but here as well they like to make cup to coffee pot contact when they pour your coffee on refills. WHY?? Spread it around I guess. Cutlery surely needs to be cleaned better before handing it out.
I don't know if I can give this A&W a star at all. Except for loosing a coin toss I was excited to go to the restaurant but apron arrival something seemed to be off. I did't know what it could have been and ordered food any ways. As a group we found that the food seemed extra greasy just was sitting right. Afterwards as we were headed out one person in the group instantly felt sick and so much so that he puked before we left the parking lot. I would not recommend this A&W and for this reason I can not give any stars
I have always been a fan of A&W. Some locations are better than others, this is a good one. The staff frequently walk the dining area to top up coffee cups, clean tables and pick up trays. The food is always hot and fresh. The restaurant, including bathrooms, are very clean. The staff is friendly and communicate better than staff at other fast food places. I'm impressed and will continue to frequent this establishment. Réservez une table maintenant
The tour bus I was on stopped at the A W in Estevan for lunch. It was surprising how quickly they took all the orders. There were enough tables and chairs for everyone. The restaurant and the restrooms were clean. We were satisfied with our meals mozza burger fries drink and chicken burger fries drink. It would be even better if you had discount coupons for the meals.
It’s a tuff review. If smiles and pleasantries hurt it would make sense why there was none. Only 5 inside and couple drive thrus at the time. It’s time for staff to be trained on presentation of them selves and the product and place they are working for. Management needs to expect more from the staff and maybe their selves. Clean inside. Free Wifi.
I love A&W for breakfast their classic breakfast with eggs toast bacon and hash brown is delicious I almost never have to pull ahead and park the food is always fresh and hot and very quick!! Only thing is I wish they would get some ice coffee.. and change their fries ....burgers are also great and very quick!!
Awesome breakfast of eggs bacon toast and hashbrown for a cheap price!! Always same great quality!! Burgers are great only thing I wish they would change is their fries always seem soggy and gross..sweet potatoes fries are yummy though.. Réservez une table maintenant
