Absolutely terrible. The place is completely unclean! From the food to the staff, everything was off-putting. The employees were rude and disrespectful, and it was disheartening to witness how the management treats them like they are worthless. I would advise against visiting the locations on Chambly or Cousineau, as they are both owned by the same management. My experience was awful, and I've heard similar complaints from neighbors who also dislike it there. The last time I visited, hoping for a better experience, the apple pie was expired and had a dark, unpleasant color inside. It ended up making me sick for almost 24 hours!

I stopped by to try the special on the teenburger trio, and everything was served hot. The onion rings were crispy and tasty, and the root beer came in a frozen mug that was so cold it had ice forming on top. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
The food was fantastic, and I really liked the dining atmosphere. The parking is adequate, but leaving the lot can be quite difficult. The WiFi connects fast, although the download speeds could use some improvement.
The experience is quite unpredictable. There are moments when the food is exceptional and fresh, but there are also times when it can be stale and served cold. You never know what you're going to get!
The service was somewhat slow, but the freshly prepared food made it well worth the wait! I had a fantastic burger and some incredible onion rings that I really enjoyed.
