A&w Canada - Réserver une table

I visited today and ordered four Uncle Burger meals with root beer and onion rings. Instead of getting proper straws for my drinks, I received seven soggy ones. The burgers were a mess, and the onion rings were cold and soggy. When I placed my order, they informed me I would need to wait about 10 minutes. I was okay with that and was instructed to pull around back to wait. However, I ended up waiting for 32 minutes while watching 22 cars go through the drive-thru and leave with their food. When I asked the lady working there why it was taking so long, she said she didn’t know and just walked away.

This is the worst A&W I've ever visited. My order was completely incorrect, the fries were cold and stale, and when I was told to pull over so they could bring the food to my vehicle, they just left it on the takeout tray inside. We had to go in to get it, which made the food even colder. I definitely do not recommend coming here.

We waited 20 minutes for our order to be taken, and there was no one ahead of us in line. The person who took our order was rude, and all the tables were dirty. The trash bins were overflowing on both sides, leaving us with nowhere to place our tray while we were there.

The burger buns at this A&W aren’t toasted like they are at other locations, which affects their flavor. There’s usually a long wait, whether you’re dining in or going through the drive-thru. While I do enjoy A&W, this particular location isn't my top choice.

I like A W, but when you drive 15 minutes out of your way to get a beyond meat burger for your vegetarian son and when you arrive 25 minutes before they close and they can't make it because they are already cleaning the grill. Shame on you.

The staff is fantastic, and the service is excellent. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained. Their Van Houtte coffee is top-notch.

Slowest service. Everything was wrong. Waited about 15 mins in drive through then got asked to park out back. It would be quicker to go sit down in a real restaurant.

The food is truly delicious, and the prices are reasonable. The only improvement I would suggest is that the tables could be cleaned more frequently.

I waited 25 minutes for breakfast, and there were so many flies inside that I felt like they might carry me away.
