The staff here is very friendly, but unfortunately, the restaurant frequently fails to open on time. I’ve attempted to dine here at 6 PM on three different occasions, and each time, I was informed that the grill wasn’t ready yet. I won’t return until the manager commits to ensuring the restaurant opens as scheduled. The restaurant clearly has a staffing issue. I visited twice, hoping my first experience was just a one-off. Unfortunately, both times I had to park out front and wait for every order, even the simplest ones. This might have been tolerable if the food had been good, but sadly, it wasn't. The onion rings were poorly made on both occasions, and the chicken burger seemed thrown together, falling apart as I tried to take it out. Overall, the quality doesn't match the price at A&W, where a burger and a drink cost $13.50.
I ordered food from the A&W mobile app from this location. I waited for more than an hour for my order and it got cancelled I don?t know why. I called the store to ask about my order. She said I ordered it from doordash and they cannot check when my order will come. I tried to explain her that I ordered the food from their mobile app. She said she cannot do anything and hang up. She was so rude.

I was given the wrong order, and the staff allowed me to leave without saying anything about it. When I called to express my concerns, one of the employees pretended to be the manager. I would rate them zero stars for their unprofessional conduct. If they worked for me, I would have to let them go.
The staff was incredibly friendly, and the service was top-notch. I could feel the warmth and attentiveness that A&W employees usually displayed before the pandemic. The onion rings were simply delightful!
I had not visited this location before, but I know I can always count on the same excellent quality.
Had a great experience with good food. It’s the classic A&W vibe.
