I would like to preface this with the fact that I am an employee of an a&w franchise that isnt the location i attended. This was the Brantford location, on thurs. March 16 at about 300 pm. Firstly, the service was fine, if not particularily as warm as is typical for the brand. The food however, was atrocious. The chicken burgers and strips we ordered were limp and dry, well past expiry. The onion rings we ordered were not only stale, but the batter was too thin and they were under seasoned. I hand make most of the onion rings at my home store, and would not have even considered putting those in the fridge, let alone serving them to a customer. All in all, a disappointing experience. The service at A&W deserves applause. The staff members were attentive friendly and genuinely passionate about providing an exceptional dining experience. They were prompt in taking orders, and the food arrived promptly and beautifully presented. They ensured that I had everything I needed throughout my meal and their genuine customer service made me feel valued as a customer.
July 6 2023. I just left the Brantford A&w on Lyndan park road. Root beer is free today one per visit. But back to the experience. I can't tell you the beautiful experience I had from this beautiful lady this morning at 9:35. I can't freeze her enough she was sweet she was courteous she was over friendly and you know she made my day. Thank you my darling
