Service was fast but was so mad at the meal..we decided 2 try there new pickle mama's burger and I was appalled on what they have served us especially the prices they charge cause it better be quality or at least decent but it turned out not a pickle mama's burger but an onion burger with no sauce and 2 pickles and so dry and with the pics it does not even look inviting 2 eat thats what they serve and charge false advertising I must say cause if wanted an onion burger I would have asked ? so very dissatisfied and sad I paid that much never again will eat at a&w turned me off completely my dog ate well that night
They mix up the beyond meat patties with regular ones. I have had this happen over 5 times and the man I spoke to on the phone said they are similar so I’m probably wrong. The difference is very clear when you haven’t eaten meat for a long time and bite into a cow patty. He didn’t even refund it after either and was rude over the phone.I understand that people make mistakes sometimes but it is this A&W specifically where it is a constant issue for me.Beyond disappointed
The sign on the door says lobby open till 10. They close the lobby at 9. So they can clean the lobby. Because they do not have enough staff members on hand 2 Clean the lobby. because the owner. Is 2 cheap to pay the employees? It says they are open 24 hours, 7 days a week. They should close in the evening so they can keep the lobby open until 10. And clean the lobby after 10 o'clock.And they would have enough money to pay the employees.
Staff are always nice. Food has been great and always correct. Unfortunately the last three times I waw there, at least one stall had no toilet paper. Yesterday both stalls had none... so my boyfriend actually had to bring me a roll from the men's. Other than that it's always been a good experience.
