Went their for a chicken burger…paid …then I was told by the cashier they had no chicken and that she needed to get the person in charge to give me my refund . When that lady/manager came to the window ..she ask me what I want …told her I wanted my refund …she told me what refund …I told her for my meal, the one the cashier asked you to refund me …then she tells me she doesn’t know what I’m talking about and that she can’t help me. she just stood there and looked at me , like waiting for me to leave ….I told her again that I wanted my refund , and again told me that she didn’t know what I was talking about. Really really disappointed! They missed my order twice in a row, it’s ridiculous! I ordered an apple turnover twice and was given a blueberry turnover. Unfortunately I am allergic to blueberries. I asked for a refund, was refused even though it was entirely the employees fault and had to wait 15 minutes because I didn't want to lose my money. Really disappointed with how it was done

Very slow drive-thru service with a slightly arrogant tone in response to my questions and no effort to respond to my requests really if I would have had the choice of 0 stars for the service that's what I would have given as an opinion really the worst service for all restaurants combined to which it I was right.

Poor service, employees as mixed up as a card game, it took more than 30 minutes to get my order, I had to ask to redo my fries and slices because they were cold. There were 5 cars at the drive-thru before we were served. Completely ridiculous. Réservez une table maintenant

Really bad service, waiting at the counter for 20min while the other JUST went to the drive-thru. I really want it to rush, but let’s see. Really, the assistant should manage her employees better.

Never again ! The guy at the drive-thru mixer...arrogant cheeky beast...he takes pleasure in making customers laugh! I can believe the lack of labor but there are limits!!
