The food was only mildly warm; both the hamburger and the sweet potato fries had the same issue. On a scale of 1 to 10, where 10 represents food that is normally hot, I would rate it a 2.5. It just is what it is! My clothes ended up getting sprayed by the fountain drink because they removed the nozzles for cleaning without any indication that they were out of order. The restaurant was quiet at 6 PM and felt a bit neglected. Three out of the five customers there were on their phones while we ate, and another customer came in about 45-50 minutes after we ordered. Normally, I have no complaints about this place.
The burgers and fries are quite good. The service is typical for a fast-food restaurant. The renovations give the place a modern look, and the location is very convenient. However, the prices appear to be increasing a bit more quickly than those of competitors. I do like the lettuce wrap option for the burgers; it's a nice touch.
