Even though the restaurant is short-staffed, the food remains consistently hot and delicious. The drinks are cold and amazing—definitely the best root beer I've ever tasted. Their ice cream and shakes are superior to those at any other fast-food chain, and the portion sizes are incredibly generous; a large shake is genuinely large, unlike at McDonald's. I've been visiting several times a week for about eight months, and I've never had a disappointing meal. The staff also delivers excellent customer service, which is impressive given the challenges of being understaffed. It's not easy to uphold such high standards for service and food quality under those circumstances.
I ordered two chili dogs and a medium French fries, but I was disappointed to find that I received two small hot dogs with hardly any toppings that barely resembled a "chili dog." The fries were so few in number that it was hardly worth the effort to taste them, especially since we didn't even receive a ketchup packet. There were no other condiments provided, and we were only given two napkins in total. The medium root beer was mostly ice, which made it difficult to savor any flavor. I wouldn't recommend this place and definitely won't be returning!

The root beer was filled to the brim with ice, so the flavor was nearly nonexistent. Overall, this isn't a place I would recommend or visit again!
This is the best A&W I've ever visited. The food is consistently served quickly and is of high quality. My friend, who doesn’t speak English, was able to navigate his choices with the cashier, who was incredibly patient. The cashier even called out his name when his order was ready to prevent any mix-ups. Truly an amazing restaurant!

We always make it a point to stop here, and it’s my favorite fast food restaurant by far. It’s much better than any other A&W. The women at the counter are friendly and quick, and the food is consistently hot and fresh.
We absolutely love A&W! They offer a fantastic variety of food. Although they are a bit understaffed, the team members are always smiling and work really hard.
The food was excellent, and the root beer was fantastic as well. The service was quick, even though there were some challenges.
During our midday visit, we ordered burgers, but unfortunately, they were served cold. We were quite disappointed!
