A&W Restaurant - Réserver une table

When I'm in a hurry this is a good go-to place. For me it is preferred to the golden arches, but they are both fast food and you get what you pay for. One of the things I favour is the all-Canadian no-additive or hormones or steroids in the beef and eggs. Still, it is pre-prepared ready-made and delivered (mostly hot) quickly. I'm always tempted to get the onion rings, however, previous experience here has always been that they are too crispy with the batter broken off and close to dripping in grease. That's they way people like them, I suppose. The most consistent menu item is the A&W root beer. It is always good and reminds me of my earliest trip to the A&W Drive-In when I was just a kid....

I remember A&W always being worth the couple extra dollars over similar fast food places. This location now serves up cold food and usually an item or two missing. It's always a surprise after having to wait a while for your order that the food is not fresh and hot. It's hard for something to taste better when it is pasty and cold.

Went for breakfast. Ordered pancakes while others had bacon egger. Okay. Hot beverages are not hot. Able to get refills of coffee. Too bad prices have risen so much. No longer good value.

A fast food restaurant with a decent breakfast. Music is somewhat annoying. Can be unpredictable at times.

The usual menu for a fast food burger chain but the frosty mugs for rootbeer set A&W apart from the rest
