Awesome Fish 'n' Chips

Fish and chips should never be so bad. Fish was very geeasy. Husbands whiting was not cooked properly so he could not eat. I had gummy shark and apart the batter thought it was ok, that was until later in the night when i had a reaction to it. Potato cake was like eating just batter the potato was so thin. Chips were average at best.

I come here all the time, and everything is always great. Friendly staff and delicious food. Never too greasy either which is always a bonus! If you're ever in Lakes, definitely come here because they have amazing food!! I'd never go anywhere else because out of everyone in Lakes, they are the best and I think most locals agree. :)

We just ordered the standard fish and chips, potato scallops and seafood stick, it was just average. We also also order a chocolate milkshake which was actually amazing, best milkshake we had on holiday. They sell tomato sauce in tubs but they were totally off.

At 2.30 it was a little hard to find anything open for food so tried this shop which was not too inviting from the outside. Four of us all had different feeds and all enjoyed - for $6.50 I had five small pieces of flake and chips and they were great value Réservez une table maintenant

we got grilled fish and it was really oily the chips were also oily and the calamari were just as bad if u like oily food this is the place to go or else there is a lot of better fish and chips around but it has cheap prices

Was recommended to us from locals . Very good Fish and Chips , crunchy batter and very fresh fish . Would recommend to anyone who appreciates good battered fish with a light crunchy batter

We enjoyed a delicious meal of fish and chips. It was cooked to perfection. The shop was lovely and clean and staff friendly.

Fish was like leather, banana fritters thrown out, pineapple fritters were great, chips were also good, would go back sorry Réservez une table maintenant

Great food, very enjoyable, there is quite a good choice which I'm sure will satisfy most tastes but be prepared to wait!!

Have been here numerous times, fish is always beautifully cooked. Good value for money never disappointed
