I’m appalled at how we were treated when we placed our order. We ordered several items, but they forgot one of them. When we called to ask about it, the man on the phone insisted that we never ordered it and accused us of lying. If it had simply been a mistake on their part, we wouldn’t have made a fuss, but he was rude and claimed it wasn’t their fault. When we completed our order, they added the missing item but informed us that the prices on their website aren’t always up to date and that there is a credit card fee. Since we didn’t receive a receipt, we couldn’t verify the charges. Overall, the customer service was terrible, and they have definitely lost us as customers.
We visited the beach on Saturday night for dinner at a casual spot where you order at the counter and wait for your food to be delivered when it’s ready. The restaurant was very clean, and the staff was polite and friendly. Overall, our experience with the food was mixed. The ribs and tortilla soup were excellent, but the burritos were quite bland due to a lack of seasoning. As it is a Mexican restaurant, we had anticipated a more authentic burrito experience, but they turned out to be more like deli wraps. However, the ingredients were of high quality, so we left satisfied with our first visit. We’re willing to give this place another try.

This place is wild. I came to island park to visit my girlfriend?s family for thanksgiving and just wanted a nice Friday meal. Ordered a burger and it didn?t come with the order and when we called to talk to them about the mistake I was blatantlytold ?you didn?t order this?. Since they didn?t give us a receipt we couldn?t verify anything but our entire house was there forthe order. Then after they dropped off the burger later the delivery man sent a threatening text to me claiming we didn?t payfor it. All in all just a terrible experience. Also the food is mediocre at best and rivals that of chewed up Taco Bell.

This place was a complete mess. I came to Island Park for Thanksgiving with my friend’s family and just wanted a nice dinner on Friday. I ordered a burger, but it never arrived with my meal. When we mentioned it to the staff, they insisted I never ordered it. Since they didn’t give us a receipt, we had no way to prove anything, even though everyone at our table was there for the order. To make things worse, after we left, the delivery driver sent me a threatening text saying we hadn’t paid for the burger. Overall, it was a horrible experience. The food was mediocre at best, not much better than Taco Bell.
Our dinner delivery was expected in 35 minutes, but it took over an hour. The chicken tenders were excellent, and the fries stayed crispy even after delivery. The Calypso salad was very refreshing, and the Caramba salad was packed with veggies. The menu offers a wide variety of choices. I look forward to trying more dishes in the future. There are plenty of chicken options, but fewer vegetarian ones. Enjoy!
Excellent Mexican restaurant mainly set-up for take out but no problem eating in. Has been around for may years at a Location in Long Beach. Solid food, while not gourmet, and reati b e dishes will tempt you. Enjoy! Great for a last minute meal orsnack. Good soups and other quality fare.

The food was alright until I bit down on this rock that was in my burrito when I told the guy behind the counter he gave me trouble about getting my full money back because ?I didn?t eat the whole thing? not sure what that has to do with anything
The chimichanga is to die for. Everything i have ordered is delicious, and everything is perfectly priced. A great option for local delivery besides chinese food or pizza.
