If you were to look at the map when you search for this restaurant it would show as being somewhere inland from Sa coma,however it isn't folks,it is a restaurant within the Protur Biomar 5 star hotel in sa coma on the road to Cala Millor and a 2 min walk from the Kings Head Pub. This was pur second visit and for value for money it's great.I have been to the Michelin starred Es moli just a round to the corner which is nice and pricey as ypu would expect however the food here at Azafran Asian restaurant is beautiful.£35 per person gets you a taste sensation experience with a free pre starter of pork belly..yum..! The starter,main and dessert don't disappoint and with good wine at €18 Mar Marti...
Although staying at another hotel in Cala Bona, we were recommended the tasting menu here so took a taxi to try Azafran one evening. It was a very quiet evening in the restaurant which was a shame as the food is definitely first class. The taste, presentation, the carefully chosen dishware everything was beautiful. Service was excellent. We also had the accompanying wines approx. 5 6 glasses, a different one served with each course which really added to the enjoyment of the meal and they were a perfect match. If you are celebrating then do try this restaurant you won't be disappointed.
This restaurant is a must if you are a foodie. The tasting menu is diverse with plenty of exotic flavours. We love tasting menus and have eaten them all over the world. You get a great feel for the chefs abilities and passion. This chef gave more than his best. Of course when having a tasting menu it is so important that the waiting staff are knowledgable about each course. They were wonderful and it was obvious they were as passionate about the food as the chef was. Full marks. A wonderful meal.
This was a great experience. We had made a reservation which seems to be necessarry. Since the weather was fine we got a table at the terrasse. There is a fixed 5 cource dinner ore starter. Everything was perfect and we bought a Wine menu for 15 €. Price for the menu is 45€, but it is still value for money. The service was perfect. I can recommend this restaurant if you want some extra ordinary.

We ate here while staying at the biomar hotel. It has a set menu and of a very high standard. I would have given it 5 stars had i not found a few bones in the main fish dish however all the other courses were fantastic. Service was excellent and the food was very well presented. I would recomend having a meal here one night when staying at the biomar hotel.
We enjoyed dinner at Azafran during a recent stay at the Protur Biomar Hotel. It is our favourite of the hotel's a la carte restaurants. As on our previous visit, the food was beautifully presented and delicious- 5 courses with an appetiser and dessert wine. Service was attentive and friendly, and dining here is a wonderful experience.
An amazing restaurant which is in the grounds of the Biomar Hotel. You have to pre book the restaurant with the hotel. If you are staying in the hotel on half-board, there is a supplement to pay to use this restaurant. The menu is a set tasting menu, which is simply superb. The service was also first-class.
Visited as staying at the hotel! Having a loads of tasting menus all over the world this was up there with the best! Great service and also had the wine paring which was a full glass with each course! Food was amazing!

Wonderful experience at this restaurant. Food was amazing and served with matching wines for each course. Staff were brilliant. Can't wait for next visit!
