Azul Restaurant & Lounge

I grew up around Azul and frankly I have just never liked the food. There are a lot more veg friendly options than there used to be, but I’m still unimpressed. I had to ask for the vegan menu at lunch time, and the menu only has three options, with one off menu item of vegan enchiladas (even though the online menu had more options). I tried the vegan fajitas and they were pretty good. The green beans were delicious, but everything else was just fine. The coconut rice wasn’t my favorite. First time here...loved it! Extremely busy but we didn't have a long wait to be served. Great variety of Margaritas..we tried different options so we could try them out. Not disappointed at all!!! The steak bites appetizers were great!! No so happy with the calamari..over cooked..but overall..we will be back. Oh yeah the staff..are awesome ?

We've tried all of their vegan options which include cauliflower tacos, a burrito, fajitas, chips and salsa, and a roasted corn and avocado dip. All options were solid, filling, and tasty. It's a really good option if you're with a mixed group of people, but the price is on the higher side-around $17 per entree.

I appreciate that they have a specific vegan menu and it is not full of fake meats or tofu. I had the vegan burrito and it was so good. I feel like I am often pushed to fajitas at Mexican restaurants but this was a great alternative. Updated from previous review on 2024-03-12 Réservez une table maintenant

they have one of the best avocado, tomato, shrimp, balsamico vinegar salad I have ever eaten! it was brilliant from first to last! we also had excellent service from our server lindsay! we will be back soon!

Great food. The lunch menu doesn't show the vegan section but the dinner menu does. The vegan fajitas were really delicious, I just wish they came with beans. Loved the fresh chips and salsa too.

Good cauliflower tacos, although it didn’t seem nearly like authentic mexican food. A lot of it wasn’t spiced/flavored much. Updated from previous review on 2023-05-10
